2 Months ago now I was scouring the internet for classes and training that would help me develop skills to spend a little bit more time at home.
I knew that the beggining it was going to be a little rough, but I had no idea that my offline business was going to explode. I landed a job renovating a 18 unit apartment complex. I mean total rehab kitchens, hardwood flooring, trim, and bathrooms. I have been working 60+ hours a week for the last three weeks. With an hour commute back and forth to this job. I'm a solo act at the moment, so this as you can imagine is very labor intensive.
I still have been able to manage to get some content written on my site and knock off a few more of the affiliate bootcamp training modules. With as little as 4 hours of sleep a night I am still getting bye.
Infact i'm exhilarated!
When I get home I spend as much time with the kids and wife as I possibly can. then they go to bed and I go to work on my website for as long as possible.
All day long I can't wait to get back on W.A.
What an inspiring community! No matter how much I want to feel those cool sheets laying across me all cosy in my bed. I am determined to make this work, and replace my current income. I'm taking the long view and will sacrifice anything in the short term to get there.

Thanks for giving me A "real" opportunity to make a living from home . You're both extraordinary. I was looking into taking a college course on marketing that would have required me to spend more money, and way more time away from my family. And I know for a fact I would not be as far as I am now if I did. I really mean it, it means the world to me. Thank you!

Stick with it! I"m sure you will also learn some valuable skills to benefit your IRL business too! Internet marketing can be powerful for local businesses. Having too much work to do is better than none :)

Hi Mike. I totally agree with all of your post. And I was just thinking last night; "I wonder how much money it would have cost to learn all I have learned here, just so far, at some kind of university/college?" I would not have been able to do it at this point in my life. Plus the time it would have taken from family-as you said.
And everyone here helps one another-I am so impressed with the whole atmosphere of WA.
I have a draft of a thank you letter to WA, lol!
Keep going for it; it is so cool to see how people succeed here :)
