Thanks all for the replies but still not finding where to change. I took a picture of what I'm trying to change. .
ok a couple of things...
1) did you save or publish the changes?
2) have you tried another browser to make sure your browser doesn't have it cached? you can also reset your browser and clear it.
What is the URL?
ok so I'm seeing the same thing as you...the flossing part. Would you be wiling to perform a remote session with me so I can see your screen and take a look around? It's up to you, as I know you don't know me so there's a trust issue. I have done it for other members in the past. If so I can PM you with a URL and code to download and run a temporary app for access.
As John says correctly, you can also do it by clicking on the word customize which may be shown at the top if the screen when you click customise : )
Either way is good and... You won't break it
Log into your site dashboard (Websites>Login). Go to Appearance and then Customize. Click on Site Identity and change your title and tag lines there.
go into wordpress editor, hover over appearance and you will see customise, you can then see there are options there.
one of them will allow you to change the title
