Ok, I am loving Google Adsense right now!
I am absolutely loving Google Adsense! Once my website started getting traffic, I finally got around to enrolling with Adsense. I put one ad in my sidebar, so it's always visible no matter what page someone is on.
The best part is that I am getting ads that pay per impression. That means I get paid any time the ad is simply shown and the users don't even have to click on them. I haven't even gotten a single click yet with the Adsense ads, and yet, I have made money for the last 4 days.
It's not a whole lot, but it has been increasing. It started out as $0.02 and has been going up about a penny every day. So I've made 11 cents, lol, whoop-de-doo! That won't even buy me half a donut, but the important part is that it has been consistent so far and it is trending upwards.
If I can keep growing my traffic and keep lucking out with getting ads that pay by impression, it will be so much more exciting a year from now.
Since I noticed the benefits of pay-per-impression ads, I will be keeping the Adsense ad in the fixed sidebar and it will remain the first ad. This way, it is always at the top of the page and user won't have to scroll to get to it.

So I have followed the advice given here...will the same happen for me? Whenever someone looks at my site I will get a minuscule commission?
It depends on what kinds of ads are shown. Some pay per click and some pay per impression. I have had about 300 pay per click ads displayed which I have not made any money from because there haven't been any clicks yet. Unfortunately, Google decides which ads to show, so I might have just been really lucky to start with.

I will definitely get stuck in to this once mine is at a fit state.
So far I have a few businesses I use with my own affiliate banners but I look forward to having some PPC and also Pay for showing ads.
So great earning even small amounts, that is like myself using Traffic Monsoon. They have free cash links everyday of about $0.01 or 0.02
so every little helps.

I hadn't heard of Traffic Monsoon before and just checked it out. Their advertising looks very affordable - I might end up using them to drive traffic to my t-shirt store!!
