Having a way to do things efficiently will save you a lot of time. I finally came up with a more structured way to write my blog post, and I cut my time in half. OK, so I didn't do it alone. I got a pdf from one of the lastest video training on blog post, and slightly altered it based on past experience.

I'm also creating SoP's for other activities, and it's been extremely helpful when it comes to time management.

Some of you may be wondering why you should have an SoP if you remember every step perfectly. The reason is that your site could get big enough that it takes up more of you time than you want it to, or you may want to try another business idea out.

Having an SoP(standard operating procedure) for certain task makes it easier for you to train someone else to do whatever it is that you want to pass on to someone else, and/or communicate what your standards are.

Having systems like these in place can allow you to run several affiliate based blogs at once.
