It took me about a year and a half to make enough to feel comfortable going full time. I quit my job after two years.
The best advice I can give you is a little bit Buddhist in nature. You have to 'do without wanting', ie keep your head down and push on without stressing about not reaching your goals. If you want to make a full time income from Day 1, you're going to be unhappy and feel like you will never succeed. If you first set goal and plan out the steps to achieve those goals, just go through them one by one.
...learn to walk before you try to run would be another version of it.
But it totally is possible, I've seen quite a few people make the change with WA as their main source of information and support.
Good luck, and don't forget to ask for help along the way. That is one thing I would change if I could go back.
@nathaniell great advice man! Very encouraging. I know it won't happen overnight, but it is always nice to be reminded amongst the training and learning that it is no fairy tale as far as being successful to the point of self employment.

Health has been a high priority in all respects. Today’s age group is very conscious about health issues, thus follow periodic checkups to remain fit. This awareness provides a big boom to medical business. Health care centers are now installing disposable medical devices for reducing the spread of infections. There are several large medical supply companies like ilexmedical website is present in the market, that stock all kind of equipment. If you are looking to enter in this niche, you have to be very competitive in all manners.
This could definitely be a niche, if this is your passion, then I would choose it. If you are trying to "hunt" for something to sell, this may not be the best niche. Also, you need to consider your audience that you are going to be selling to, is it consumers or is it businesses. If it is businesses, it might be a bit more difficult to enter as it will require much greater relationship building.
