Site Health

Hello gang.
Health issues (not sitehealth!), money, family stuff and goodness knows what else have all conspired to leave me rather quiet here on WA. Sorry, but it's just the way it is and we all have to deal with our own circumstances as best we can.
I'm still not entirely sure how it works even though I've read up on it, but I love the way our website health is now flagged up when we log in here at WA.

I have two sites. I'm ashamed to say one hasn't been touched since mid december and is labelled as 'SiteHealth Needs Work'. Ha, tell me about it! It hasn't changed from that, and I certainly wouldn't argue with the analysis.
My other site: tidyface.com is confusing me a bit. I continue to add to it regularly and I think it's coming along quite well, but the sitehealth fluctuates. Quite often it's 'Awesome' but right now it's 'Getting Better', only the other day it was 'Pretty Good'!
I'm not complaining, overall I think it's a great motivator. But I wonder if we respond to sitehealth in different ways depending on our personality?
For example: when tidyface.com is described as 'awesome' it pleases me and I feel motivated to do more, but when it 'Needs Work' I find I'm a bit despondent and it can be hard to get going. When it drops from 'Awesome' to 'Getting Better' in a couple of days, I reach for the bottle! (Ha, not really!)
That's just me, obviously I need a lot of positive encouragement. For some people maybe it works the other way around; 'Awesome' may mean sit back and relax, whereas 'Needs Work' may be just the kick in the backside you needed to get stuck into some serious stuff.
