Get involved! There is no etter way to learn than to ask questions of those that have trabelrd the same road.
Spend a few minutes everyday reading the posts of others' Help them out with their issues. You may learn something too!
Find someone or sevral members that you can relate to. Follow their posts. Use them as your mentor, sponsor, teacher or whatever you want to call them.
Remembeer; follow the training lessons, in order, find a mentor(s) and get involved. It's your success.
