Adding social media icons

Hi everyone!

You have a lot of different options here. I've decided to go with "Social Media and Share Icons (Ultimate Social Media)":

1. you go to plugins on your admin site

2. you click on Add New

3. You can use search to find social media that you like (if you want to use the same one as me, you just copy the quoted name)

4. Install the plugin you've decided for.

5. Go to Installed Plugins tab and click on Activate next to your newly installed plugin.

6. Now you have an additional option in your side bar, where you can personalize you social media icons (appearance, position, size, ...)
