How to be a successful online entrepeneur
I always wanted to do something online. I have signed into drop shippers programs. Paid on shopping carts websites all of it I ended up dropping. I would say this has been going on for the past ten years.
Late December 2015, still trying to get my foot into the door, was looking for legit work at home programs I came upon an add banner for Wealthy Affiliate offering a seven-day free trial. I clicked on it at this is where my story began.
My intention was to learn as much as I could within the seven days and then go on my own and try my own thing. I already had six URLs parked at GoDaddy, I can create a site for much less there and use what I have learnt at wealthy affiliated and finally be able to do the things I always wanted to do.
By day two of joining the program at Wealthy Affiliate, I realize there was more value to staying within the community then going out on my own if I wanted to be successful online. I learnt all the things I was doing wrong in the past and in order to be successful, I needed to narrow my vision or my niche.
Whereas, before I thought that the more variety of products you have to sell online, the more successful you will be, Wealthy Affiliate taught me that you needed to focus on just one sector and be good at it in order to be successful.
They taught me how to choose my keywords using the keyword tool Jaaxy, how to choose a URL based on keywords in order to get top ranking in google, the right way to blog and how to build a website from scratch. Oh, I forgot, the community is also there to give you feedback your site and help to comment on your articles which also help with your google ranking.
There are videos and tutorials to guide you each step of the way and if you don't understand something, the community is always there to help at all times and is cheering you one to meet your goals.
Another thing too, if to begin with you find you made a mistake with your website development, the name, the niche or the URL, you can always delete it and start over. I did that and now if very satisfied with the product I have achieved.
Right now I have built my website and added content. I have created a google plus account and is starting to share my content. did I tell you, they taught me how to do this also properly.
Talking about content when I first started I never thought I could blog, but the more I do the program the easier it has become.
Now moving forward, my goal is to bring more track to my site, write a minimum of at least 1 blog per week and monetize my site.
Finding the right affiliate programs and posting the banner to my site is the next step. I think all will be perfect as long as I follow Kyle's teachings. That is the key not to move away from what he has to teach you.

Morna, thanks for following me. I am following you as well. Welcome to WA. I believe you made the right choice with this community. Like you I looked at several opportunities in the past, all to no avail. Unlike the other organizations, WA has a strong community dedicated to help others. Looking forward to seeing you around.
Best regards,
Fred

Hey Morna it looks like you are coming along very well, keep up the good work. You said it best when you stated"I think all will be perfect as long as I follow Kyle's teachings". We must remember that we are not trying to recreate the wheel because it's already been created for us. All we need to do is roll with it and it will all work out for the best. Let's keep reaching higher and we will meet at the top my friend.
Your friend,
Greg P.
