Hi - you would have to create a new account using whichever member's link you wanted to join under, and then pay again. I can't really see the point of this.
As a premium member, you can private message whoever you like and ask them for guidance and help.
Plus, any of us would be happy to help. You can ask questions at any time and visit Live Chat for immediate answers.

You can't sign up under a specific member. But you can ask questions to the community or send a PM to any other member you want. Many people will help you just ask for it when you need it.
