My wa journey so far: july - oct 2017
I'll be quite honest. I began this WA journey very hesitantly. I have been through quite a lot over the last decade, and I am still going through too much for an above-average person of color. I have tried so many other programs, businesses, guru get rich quick schemes etc., and have lost MUCH in the last 10 - 20 years.
I won't be petty and mention any specific program names. However, with my measly $200+/- per month income, I jumped in to WA and committed to the $49 per month membership. I am pretty tech savvy, and I generally learn quickly, so HERE I GO!
I already had three domains set up outside of SiteRubix. While I did not have websites set up yet, I did have to figure out how to get the domains pointed over to the WA SiteRubix servers. This is actually easy as long as you know the WA DNS IP addresses. Early in the process, WA doesn't give up that information easily. However, once domains were re-pointed properly, all was well.
Next steps were just to follow either or BOTH of the AFFILIATE BOOTCAMP and CERTIFICATION courses. I chose affiliate first because I had briefly tried to do affiliate marketing awhile back and found it was not what it was cracked up to be. Especially when Google got involved with PPC and CPC. I was anxious to see what would change within WA. I also started the CERTIFICATION course in between.
Next began setting up WordPress site THEMES, writing pages and posts, setting up theme menus, and starting to use WordPress plugins. This is a very long process because you are constantly writing, revising, changing, helping, commenting, getting feedback, offering feedback in-between. NOTE: None of the learning process in WA is straight forward to earning a dollar. You are meeting people, helping people, learning, then going back to meeting and helping people again, creating a blog such as this. The process is not quick.
One thing I have definitely learned and achieved out of almost a decade of deep poverty? PATIENCE & LACK OF " WANT " 4 MANY (not all) MATERIAL THINGS !

Once your site is up and running decently, you begin learning about social media marketing, and how to install the social media plugins, so guests to your site can SHARE your pages and posts. This also sounds easy, but it is not. You'll find that these plugins like to do what they want unless you figure out where the settings are and tell them what YOU want! LOL
There is so much more. I could actually write a book just on this journey. However, I will stop here. I have two websites up and running. I may take one down and change the affiliate niche. I haven't decided yet. The other I will likely keep. I haven't had any conversions as of yet on either.
Take a look at if you like: WHAT DO YOU THINK ? Does . .
At this point WA has put me on a forced vacation on the BOOTCAMP, so I have gone back over to the CERTIFICATION COURSE. What I am finding is that much of the CERTIFICATION COURSE I have learned in the Affiliate Bootcamp. So far, much of it is repetitive reinforcement. Not all of it, but a good part of it so far.
