Hey there; Gregory I assume?

I am thinking that the Home page text is going to be some of the most important if not the most important. Knock out a paragraph or two about the overview of the site.

Love the subject. Many people (especially girls) do not know there are different body types so I think your niche is great and valuable. I know it is not for girls but just sayin; . .. an ectomorph will be so delighted to come across your site, a shining beacon of hope.

BTW your pic is great-proof that you know how to do this.

Best of luck and keep up the good work.

Thank you glo,
I was thinking the home page is where all my newest blog posts are? or do they just see them when they first visit??
I tried to make my niche health and fitness pretty much, and didn't want to make it so broad so I went with ectomorphs lol I was hoping it came across as any gender can benefit. maybe I should add that?? and I put the pic up flex because I wanted to show im a person and so vistiors wouldn't think i'm all talk, but yes thank you for the feedback and please let me know if I should change some stuff.

The first page does not necessarily have to be the blog page. If you wanted to make the blog page later on and put a "static" page, (what a page other than a blog page is called) then you can create a page called Home and then go to Settings and find where it says you can choose if you want the first page to be the blog or static. Then when you choose Static it will have a drop down menu and you can choose the page name for the page you want displayed first; in this case Home. Then it will ask below that which page you want for the "Posts" page and you can choose the blog page for that.

I am interested in the SEO and different capabilities of what others think is better or which page they use as the first page and why, so I am going to go an ask this question. Should be enlightening.

Nice I added the About my site in the About page, You think I should put that in my home page?

If you mean to repeat text on different pages no. Each page should be unique as possible and about that page title. So the About page should be about you and the site more specifically than say the Home page, which is more of an over view of the site with text describing the site subject.

Oh the science of it goes on and on doesn't it. Well if it were easy everyone in the world would be doing it, LOL! I like the challenge myself, and it is great to see the site get indexed. I have messed up my own SEO by moving the sites a lot and not preserving that. Well glad I found WA and I am starting to move my sites over now.

Did you try to research "ecotmorphs" against "skinny guys" then words for weightlifting or bodybuilding?
