Using the Pareto Principle to Level Up My Affiliate Marketing Game (My Personal Take)

I wanted to give you an update on my journey here at WA. I've been several websites over the years with WA. I've been with WA since 2008 consistently. I learned some very valuable lessons. But I want to share one really valuable lesson I've learned over the years.

During the week, I've been utilizing the Core program to build a brand new site. I've posted lots of content so far, followed the videos, etc. Again, I'm not new to affiliate marketing, but I still have lots to learn. At some point, you have to ask, "Where do you strike the balance between learning and doing"?

Applying The Pareto Principle (How I Utilize It)

I was taught early on in my affiliate marketing venture to use the pareto principle (80/20 rule). It's not really a rule. It's a principle. I use that principle by doing 80% of the "doing" aspect of affiliate marketing, i.e., following the core training program, writing my articles, getting and receiving comments. The 20% comes from me learning (i.e., watching the webinar/classes).

The more I learn (20%), the better I can execute and get major results (80% sales).

So, I've decided on Saturdays to devote my day to "learning" by watching WA video classes. Those videos will be of my choosing. But any video I watch will help me on the next step of my affiliate marketing journey - whether it be in-depth kw research, SEO, or social media marketing.

Remember: It's really important to "do" - but we also I have to keep learning. So, devote ONE day to just learning. What day will you choose to just learn? I'd love to see your comments below
