I've ventured into my third niche, and I'm really excited. Why?
Because I've been reinvesting my money into my sites. My sites have been blowing up. It's amazing what happens when you hire people to help you build your business.
What's My Advice?Once you've gone through the training a few times and you start making money from your sites, hire people to help you build your niche websites. Hire article writers, social media managers, website builders.
Who Should You Hire?Fivver - I use them for social media and wordpress building
Upwork - They have the best article writers for decent prices

Great advice, Shalisa. I have 24 websites/online businesses and have found Fiverr a great and economical resource for all manner of things, particularly for image based, such as book covers and logos. I generally write my own stuff but am about to employ a ghost writer and will probably try both Upwork and Fiverr for that.
