My take on success with wealthy affiliate:
I am pretty new, and have developed an idea of what I believe makes or breaks success with wealthy affiliate. To me, personally, it starts with a quality website, of course. However, I do believe that the further I progress in the training (currently on course 3 lesson 1 with a website up), the further you create your chances for success.
My thoughts on websites and choosing your niche:
I have left feedback on quite a bit of websites in an attempt to help creators by giving you guys ideas from a perspective of a viewer who does not participate in your niche. Specifically, I have come across several websites promoting Wealthy Affiliate, and ways to make money online. It is my personal opinion that one cannot promote how to achieve online success, until you have the right to tell your audience, with proof, that you have already succeeded online by making money YOURSELF. I plan to promote WA after achieving success with my current website, nearly complete and almost to the point of receiving affiliate links at sportcompactauto.com . It is my firm belief that you need a niche that you are absolutely compassionate about and are very knowledgeable in. Not to mention, one that you feel like learning more about, as with sportcompactauto.com , I do NOT feel like I am working when I accomplish website goals and constantly do more to make it more appealing to my audience as I am actually having fun with it.

I understand what you're saying but, you can promote wealthy affiliate without making any claims about personal success.
It's like recommending a good movie or restaurant to a friend. You don't need to be a restaurateur or movie director to do so :)
I agree, I don't believe it's impossible. However, I believe it is far more difficult and I should have included in my blog post my opinion on every website promoting WA so far. This being that they all look the same and turn me away, and I honestly forgot how I was introduced. I should have also mentioned that the drive that pushed me to reach this website stemmed from a program I watched on Netflix called "The Secret" and I would highly advise everyone in the world to find it somewhere as it has turned my whole life around for the better.
According to your profile you came here through a site that promotes Wealthy Affiliate. Do you know if the owner of that site is successful or did you just like what your read on his site?

You make a good point. Although, I do remember that before I decided to do this I just had it in my mind to click the first site I found and just jump right in with success in mind. I attempted this years ago and was turned away by every website I viewed back then because it was hard to comprehend. That's why I have this view.
