Your Brand Is The Feeling People Remember After They Leave.
Your Brand Is The Feeling People Remember After They Leave.
Branding is not just your logo, colours, or fonts.
Your brand is a feeling. The emotional impression someone keeps after reading your content.
Itβs the trust you build, the values you stand for, and the consistency you show.

To build authority and a strong personal brand:
1. Be consistent in tone and message.
Whether you're writing a review or a tutorial, let your voice be recognisable.
2. Share your journey.
Authority grows from honesty. Your experiences make your brand human.
3. Show up regularly.
Posting consistently builds familiarity, and familiarity builds trust.
4. Give more value than you take.
When people feel helped, they return. Again and again.
5. Stand for something.
A brand with values is a brand with power.
You donβt need to be an expert on day one.
You become an authority by showing up, helping others, and sharing what you learn along the way.

Keep building, keep learning, and keep believing. Itβs your story unfolding online.

Thank you Paul
Giving more than you receive is a great habit to start. I do try to give my readers as much as I possibly can in every article I publish.
Jeff
I think you are progressing really well, Jeff.
You readers will like your contents.
I need to improve in this area.
paul.
The kindle posts are ranking extremely well with Google, I am surprised from the results with less than 10 posts on my website.
I am going to add a health-related post for the website as well as the kindle posts. The kindle articles seem to be my bread and butter right now for brining in traffic.
I post once per week on Medium and a few times per week on Linkedin as time permits. Hopefully this will work out as I hope, but if not, I can always make some changes to my strategy.
Do you do video marketing yet Paul?
Jeff
Medium seem to be a good platform. I am new to it and still need to learn.
You will begin to see conversions with your amazon affiliate program.
Paul.
I have had good results using Medium for my main website, now I am planning on including both my websites in my articles on my websites and on Medium. This might if I am lucky bring more traffic to all my sites from one article, this would be a great time-saver.
Jeff
No Paul,
I am not on the paid plan on Medium, they have contacted me about joining their partner program but I decided not to for now.
Sorry to hear Medium didn't workout for you.
I don't waste much time on Medium, I usually just write one article per week.
Jeff
I was new there. If i spend couple of times and get use to it, i will surely get use it. Just like you I only want to share article there.
Paul.
I have have been having some traffic regularly coming from Medium articles. It seems that website is full of serious curious readers. Since I just been writing about retirement income articles, I have seen an increase in my traffic from that website.
This month my visitors to WA has increased dramatically, I am sure people are busy shopping for family and friends right now. I hope to see it increase again after Christmas, but my new website seems to be doing excpetionally well this month so far.
Jeff
Yes, I have seen Medium as a great platform with genuine authors and content creators.
You are doing really really well and the months ahead is bright for you.
Paul.
Good to hear from you Paul
Medium is well worth my time, I experience more traffic from this platform than I ever did with social platforms.
Are you using social marketing very much with your own marketing? I am only going to use Linkedin and Pinterest for now.
I hope all is going smoothly at home
Jeff
I used Linked alot of times. Pinterest I am trying to get used to it. I might jump into Medium.
Paul.
I am trying to get into a routine with Pinterest myself. I am not sure just how to get traffic from that platform yet.
I created 5 boards and added a few pins on them to get started.
Posted two articles on Linkedin and a couple posts on the home feed. I left a few comments and liked a few posts.
i don't spend too much time on the plaftorms, yeah Medium is my best traffic source for my websites.
Jeff
I like pinterest but I dont edit pin that I added from my websites to the boards. If I do that I think traffic will improve. I got most referrals throuh LinkedIn articles, which I used often.
Medium is my next target.
Paul.
I think Linkedin and Medium are better sources for extra traffic than Pinterst. Mainly because I am not sure how to get traffic on Pinterest at this time.
It great that Linkedin has worked very well for you, that inspires me to use it myself for serious results.
Jeff
I know LinkedIn is great because I have been using it for years even before I joined WA.
Pinterest works better if we put so work to it and be consistent.
I will keep my comments for Medium.
Paul.
Hey Paul
What are you pinning on Pinterest on your boards? Are blog posts good pins to add to my boards, I just wasn't sure what to use as pins.
Does Linkedin bring you traffic to your website? I have published two articles on the site so far, I also posted a couple of times just to get noticed.
Medium has worked very well for me right away for traffic to my websites,
Jeff
Jeff, I recently realised that every article we post we should design a pin images to pin it on the pin board to share the link of the article.
Try and do this and you will be supprised at another loads of traffic to your website. Use 2:3 ratio image for pinterest always.
I am the fan of LinkedIn and I love using linkedIn. Why I like it because articles we post on LinkedIn ranked well in Google.
Paul.
Hey Paul
I have plenty of articles on my main website to create pins for my boards, thank you for sharing this I was not sure if our articles were worthy of sharing.
I am pretty much setup with my websites now to focus on articles and traffic for all three of them.
My website trio hopefully will bring traffic to all of them with them all be connected, I just have to figure out how to include my two main sites with my last website in my content.
Now I am ready to use Linkedin & Pinterest along with Medium as my traffic sources.
Jeff
Paul, your post is clear and easy to connect with. The way it explains the branding as a feeling makes the idea simple but powerful. It leaves the reader with something to remember, and thatβs the mark of good writing.
Excuse me , Raymond.
I am going to echo Raymond here, Paul.
I couldn't have said it any better.
Thank you, Raymond.
