Try and try again - where there's a will there's a way!

That's me right now....big toothy smile from ear to ear...although I can barely keep my eyes open (it's past midnight in my zone). But I decided I want to blog before shutdown just to pen a huge exhale of relief.

You see today was a tough day for me, really tough. And I know my online business journey's only begun and there will be many more challenges but I felt really discouraged today, especially because I didn't get the help I expected to get. I've struggled for 2 days to get a glitch sorted on my page and almost ended up changing my theme completely (and I do like my theme very much). But as with many things in my life I refuse to take "I don't know" for an answer or "sorry I can't help you", as that was what theme support didn't tell me in so many words, but they clearly did not have the answer either. And neither does any of the forum threads address the specific problem I had.

So eventually I called the professor. You know, prof. Google, who knows everything! And between all the dozens of related searches in prof. Google's library, something from 2012 caught my eye that sounded very similar to my problem and...voila!

So guys, if ever your visitor's comments get error messages, ask me please. I might just be able to help out...or maybe I'll just write some training for it :-)

I am sorry that happen to you. Usually, tech support is good. Maybe you should have gone to live chat and had asked the question there. If ever I can help you out let me know and I will do my best to help you out.

Thank you Mary. I actually did ask on live chat a few times but sometimes I think some queries can get lost especially when there is a lot of activity on there but some of the cummunity did try and help. Note that is was my theme tech support that couldn't solve it although WA site support were very helpful and tried hard. My point was no one could actually provide the solution. But there were those in the community who tried helping too so I appreciated that. I' don't have any ill feelings at all though, I just shared my experience.

yes it seems like it thank you! It was a little thing in the dashboard settings which made a big difference! :-)
