Where can I find my c-panel username and password for my website diabetessupportsite.com
We do not have a C panel. You enter your website here at your WA home page you will go to at the top right Home, Training, Websites then>>>SiteManager; you will see your domain name there

There’s no c-panel as such with WA, however you may additionally reach out to site support, help tab top menu.

Have you read Kyle's recent post regarding Akismet? You can read it here Akismet Plugin - The Dark Side of Greed. I have uninstalled Akismet and installed the plugin suggested by Kyle - wp-spamshield and it's working great

Great that I could help - yes the two little dogs turned three on the 27th and 29th of this month. Worse than having babies at times!!!

hi everyone i need help in the homepage of my website under the recent posts tab i clicked on my first newly created post but i got the message oops that page cant be found doe

Let us know if you get it fixed :) My way may seem a bit more complicated, but it's the best way I know of to fix 404 error messages. Also known as "page not found" or broken links. Going through this is important anyways to ensure that you do not have any broken links on your site. I had a few and wasn't even aware of it. I think you do need to have Google Webmaster tools account set up though, and it's good to have your google xml site map submitted to google webmaster tools. You just want to make sure everything is in place and solid on your :) The Google XML sitemap is covered towards the end of Kyle's training I believe, in course 5.
Hi Momo, I am not sure but I have run into similar problems. Musicman below is right on the broken link part but I do believe that i there might be a much simpler solution to this through what happened to me. My computer got overloaded over time and needed the memory cleaned out (good thing to do that periodically anyway). Do a disk Cleanup and a Internet Options, History Cleanup, then restart the computer and I am good for another day. Mind you, I have an old DELL PowerEdge 105 server as my computer and only 3GB of Memory, skimpy for these days. You probably have a Laptop many times better then my computer. I don't know too much about them. If I am wrong, sorry!
This means that a link is broken in your site. You need to find it and fix it! Here is a video tutorial on how to fix broken links. It's way too complicated to explain over messaging. This video was made for me by an ambassador that showed me how to do this, but I was given permission to share it with any who came across the broken link issue, hope it helps. Since I can't put youtube links in the description, copy and paste watch?v=HbMKO-6SGQU&feature=youtu.be at the end of the YouTube URL. Hope this video helps you find out where the broken link is!

i want to increase the font size of some of my text in the content area of my website but I can't see any font tab in WordPress. Can anyone help me greatly appreciated!

There actually isn't a font selector unless you get a font plugin. I had one but rarely used it so I uninstalled it. You can choose different sized headings from the tab that says paragraph in the second line of tabs in the editor.
