You're preaching to the choir here. lol But a lot of the things you're saying is right. The only thing I disagree with is this not a job. It's a business and you're a boss. So you have to approach it like that. All the things you said folks can achieve is true. But it's not done by viewing this as a job. It has to be looked like a business and requires the same patience and consistent effort to see the benefits you described. But well said.
