Basically, I forgot to log out from WA on a public computer. Is there any way to log myself out of that computer from here?

I think you have the answer already, you know it. From a visitor's point of view such external links should be relevant. Google representatives have made such statements many times. I blogged earlier about this: How many links per page is too many?

I'm making a website for a client, and I'm looking to put the keyword in the meta title, as is recommended. But the keyword for the business I'm working with is plural.

You can have the title of the website in singular, but use the plural in the meta. That way, it's not so obvious.

You can make an ordered list like
Top jewelry stores in town
- make your clients store the best option (#1)
- you can specify a number like top 5, 10, etc.
Jewelry stores in town that don't leave you hanging
Jewelry stores in town where you will find the best (insert jewelry piece) for (insert event like wedding, gift, etc.)
Many jewelry stores in town promise X but only one delivers

Currently I just have a category in the main menu titled "blog." Is that the way to do it?
In dashboard, Setting, Reading, you choose your home page. Typically by default this is where blog roll goes (i.e, your posts). But you can choose differently and have a static home page and in this case must define a separate "page" in the menu where your blog will be.
