Instead of attending to our websites daily are they an
autoresponder that can be attached to each site to lift
the workload later on down the road !!

Each site is Different. Luckily for me I have a staff of Webmasters, Programmers, Bloggers and Administrators. But most people never get this large. Do what you need to make your site work. FOLLOW the Training. Don't jump ahead.
