MX Records
I posted the other day in "live chat" needing help with MX records changed in my website. I did get a couple of responses back but the tags did not give me the help I needed. Approximately 10 months ago Kyle posted that this change was currently not available. It has since be corrected and you can have your MX records changed but you will need to submit a ticket to site support, along with the records change needed., you cannot do this yourself. See Kyle's comment below regarding current process! I personally would rather have site support do this for me because well I am not super tech savvy. I sent a ticket, site support responded quickly, fixed it for me and bam, I'm done. Site support rocks!

If you contact SiteSupport, with your MX changes they can do this for you.
That is the protocol right now, we have an interface that has been developed for this, just going through testing phase here and this should be rolled out (so you can manage your own MX) in the next few months here.
Is there now an option to manage our own MX? It has been 3 years since your message. I am also being told that MX priority cannot be set to 0, which is what I need.
