Thoughts on beaurocracy

When businesses grow, they sometimes take an unhealthy direction. When that direction creates and sustains layers of protective support it is often called beaurocracy.

Artificial intelligence is also an augmented form of thinking

Great minds will have a say in it.

The beauty of the entrepenural world and on line universe is that there is a lot of innovative thought resident in it. Beaurocrats hate this kind of environment.

Innovation requires being busy. Beaurocratic drones abhor a busy environment Beginning in the nineties and in recent years open bay work places have been designed so that its hard to be out of sight.

Glass walls and open-faced cubicles are designed to eliminate the gathered dust of stacked deadwood. Innovation and inventiveness has to thrive in the open where collaboration and visibility rule the environment.

I've found, its pretty darned hard to see a visible beaurocratic environment in Wealthy Affiliate. Those who are entrenched beaurocrats tend to leave and cannot be measured in the scheme of things. We're just too busy:

• writing websites and rich content articles to promote the prowess of our businesses
• collaborating with other members with the goal of enriching our knowledge
  
• helping others in the community and other peer groups You're never going to get tired of doing this. Outward vice self directed effort is its own reward. This in turn encourages further growth and personal self-worth. No beaurocrat can flourish in that setting
• A Cum Laude University level of learning. Many don't see this before they join. The academia of wealthy affiliate takes you over. Training are encouraged constantly and many members create training. Different template formats have been created to give a fresh flavor of presentation to different training. There are different tracks for various levels of endeavor. The general track is there for affiliate marketing concepts. A different boot camp track has been instigated to promote the Wealthy Affiliate platform as well. The icing on the cake is the use of broadcast Webinars (WAbinars) conducted by master trainer Jay Neill on a weekly basis.

Wealthy Affiliate is the best antidote to beaurocracy ever devised. It's great to be a member!
