The vote on open net neutrality is today. Time for a moment of prayer that this bad idea gets shot down out of the gate!
Our business runs on the internet Our sites reside on the internet. Our precious keywords reside on our sites. I'm waiting with baited breath to see the good ship WA and the other customers powered by the internet navigate this potential minefield of ice floes!
This mistake of an idea has the political majority behind It and I fervently hope a miracle occurs. This can sink many an internet concern like the Titanic or at best cripple them.
We may need Jaaxy more than ever in this environment!

I'm sitting in an office now; CBS is broatcasting live, the FCC Commissioner speaking on net neutrality.
They are streaming it live on Facebook. There's nothing but angry faces flowing past the screen. I can't imagine that it won't go through, however.
Necessity is the mother of invention. Just as Bitcoin was the phoenix that rose from the ashes of the banking crisis, so too will new services eventually emerge. The likes of Elon Musk, Gates Foundation, Richard Branson, and others, have the financial capabilities to come up with innovations that can bring a free internet back in some form. No guarantees, but it's difficult to imagine these large-scale players letting the internet die. There are still plenty of legal battles ahead as well.
