Poster boards are a great idea. You can obtain some in Pinterest or even make them virtually in Canva.

You can even go back to the arts and crafts days when you were in school and make your own. simple construction using:

paste/glue
colored craft paper
scissors
cardboard backing
stand mount
thumbtacks
cork board
a Canva/Pinterest model
an appropriate portion of table space
an appropriate square footage of adjacent wall space to your work area

I think they are a great idea. People only go so far with their memory. On line virtual searches are conducted again and again.The knowledge base here is bloated with repetitive questions that can be eliminated with an appropriate memory aid.

and more that you can fill in

The beauty of it is if you find the same question coming up repeatedly, you can tailor your own. This can be a win win for the WA database and your cluttered desk area.

The idea of reinforcing what we learn as we learn is a win-win idea for all of us.
With all the different things that we are learning, in a few months, we can spend hours trying to do something that we have already learned and done once, just have not been really using yet.

I agree whole heartedly. All that retro stuff like poster boards and flip charts have great appeal to the millennials who really haven't seen much of them before.
