Facebook Expoure
Careful what you post. As we become more Facebook involved in our online lives it might come back to bite you. In legal and lethal ways! Elections can be contested and thrown on this sort of enterprise.
This applies also to our online community. Be careful in your face book posting

I've always asked myself why can't the Facebook freedom be regulated internationally. Thanks for that information
Yeah If I say I don't like Trump I will get a lot of thumbs up but If I say I don't like Hilary, my comment gets blocked by FB
There are so many things I could say in agreement JD. The sentiment in Canada is very liberal though so I have to watch it. Another Canadian island (Cape Breton) other than Vancouver practically deeded itself as a country for US expats in the unlikely event that Trump won the election.
Man haven't you heard how entitlement mentality and socialist ideology are choking out capitalism. Not long before gold medal winners will only be allowed to just keep the ribbon that the medal was originally attached to and be forced to melt down the gold to give to the poor homeless unwed mother because she was victimized by a comment she over heard on FOX News while having to prostitute herself out in a hotel room (to pay here crack habit) because the father of her last child is in prison because his absentee father left him and his 12 half brothers and sisters etc etc etc LOL
I don't use facebook for personal things anymore. I don't like seeing some of the things that get posted
Yes (for some difficult to fathom reasons) some people seem to have a need to bare it all (physical or mental sense) on FB posts.
In some cases I sense the "pain" or the problem they are grappling with, or are recovering from. But my feelings are that such posts are meant for a select few family or friends, not the extended pseudo family or circles FB seems to promote.
And I also hate getting posts showing pictures of someone's breakfast or dinner.
Good reminder. FB enables many business & personal functions. But we must be vigilant as individuals with regard what we post, comment and like.
people get careless and post anything from deepest personal secrets to political sensitivity issues
Aaaa.. I am safe then. I am not the type to discuss personal issues with thousands of viewers and to talk of politics...:)
I totally agree, my former employer used to regularly investigate applicant's facebook accounts.
Public drunkenness, evidence of multiple sexual partners... I worked for a very Christian company.
@onmyownterms. Do people post that kind of personal stuff on social media? I guess I shouldn't be surprised if they do. I would never try to stifle someone's freedom of expression, however, I would certainly not encourage those types of posts.
The police have Facebook post characteristic information on their onboard consoles Mel. Accessible through license plate imaging recognition!
