When we think with empathy, we are focused on the greatest asset of any business- people! You may have heard that business is built on people power. This is true. Scientists have taken a good look and are applying human engineering solutions to understand this.
Many of the results are used as you can see to devise resume questions. I ave seen some even more advanced in which specific problems are devised and you are presented with options. A standard approach is to have many employees interview a candidate at different stages.
Never forget as was not mentioned that good effect of positive word of mouth. Positive people power makes or breaks the business!

ah yes -- those corporate days of old -- sitting for hours, days at a stretch sometimes in those 'bored-rooms' listening to the bosses maundering on and on -- and having everyone all of a sudden snap to during budget allocations ...
and as far as selection boards go-- those 360s weren't worth a dime ... as everyone chooses a 'goodie' reference to say nice things ... so many rules around it ....
anyway, so what's your opinion when AI gets to be in charge?... where's the emotional intelligence then? ... actually that would be a very interesting article ...

I just wanted to say to Great website there's a few sentences down I think you were trying to put the word have and it's missing the h. So you might want to fix that. Otherwise you did a great job!
Emotional intelligence plays such a huge part in business and relationships today. Having emotional intelligence is also important in raising kids because it gives them a chance to learn how to to think logically and how it's going to affect themselves and others around them when they make decisions.
There's not emotional intelligence within businesses today you know starting with the management top down, most likely a business will flop. Employees will not perform at their best. Many people I think don't stop to think about how important emotional intelligence is.
Talk about coincidental intelligence. I just came from welcoming you aboard Sheri. This isn't the first time something unique like this has happened!
