Sleepless Nights and Sticky Notes!
When my daughter was born, October 15th, 2012, I knew I was going to have sleepless nights! I knew that things would never be the same. I accepted this and knew what I was facing.
Now with a 1 1/2 year old it has been the most trying time since she was born (also trying to work on my site). I was so clueless as I was when she was born. I didn't know what to do and now I am proud to call myself a mom and have studied on all the home-remedies, read a bunch of articles on babies, and found general information.
What I'm getting to on this post is: As I go forward with WA I had no clue of the sleepless nights I would have. I have been working hard researching everything for my website. Before WA I was a newbie that had created a website. Everything was handed to me I just had to cut an paste. No need to work hard on the site. I am proud to say that through WA I have a nice page coming along and I can't wait till get gets published! I know I will do great things and I know that I have to keep going. It's just the fact of trying to juggle everything and keep my head on.
My system at first was sticky notes. About two days in I found out that I am going to need something more suitable that the sticky note system. I wish I could find the picture on my computer, but I had sticky notes EVERYWHERE!! I went through two pads of sticky notes.
I finally have a system that works for me.
Journal One: Wealthy Affiliate Training. I went through all the courses and wrote everything down and watched all the videos. I will do this once a month. Just to refresh my memory of things I need.
Journal Two: Affiliate Bootcamp. Just so I have all the information I could ever need.
Journal Three: Is my notes for my website. All I have researched is in one journal. Which might be two soon.
Trapper: All my important information and the ten thousand logins that I have had to create!
I hope this might help you as I know things can be over whelming at first! Just keep a system and odds are as long as you stay organized you will do great things!

You have to have a system for all the information we get. Ironically, mine is much like yours.
Things could be overwhelming at first but finding a system that works makes a huge difference. Glad you found your way and you're moving along nicely.
I wish you well.

reality bites, as they say- but a wonderful account...people are so focused on here about getting on with the work that it is easy to forget that we al have real lives behind the scenes...
Not now!
thanks for this, Andy
Yes, sometimes we do have to take a break every now and then. Everyone on here has families and they come first. Here at WA I have met so many people and connects with some! Its been a great experience all the way around!
Thank you for reading!

Yeah....its hard to find the balance of time. After burning the candle at both ends for a couple of weeks I finally made a schedule.A daily one and a weekly one balancing them with the responsibilties of kids and housework and my WA goals. Now I have a fair and productive use of my time and everyone is happy.
just dont forget about your needs....that is very easy for mom and dads to do when there is not enough time in the days!
I am so glad you found a system hat works for you....keep up the great work!
Sunshiny smiles

Thank you so much.
Yea I had put my needs on hold the past week. So for the last two hours I have been soaking in the tub and relaxing as much as I can. Tending to the people who matter the most. Which I did all week but I forgot about ME in the process.
I am working on a system for my emails. I have not quite got there yet.
