People have started to follow me. What does that do for me and for them?
Other than an increase in the number of followers - not sure if this gets you a better rank?? ... but for me personally, I like to see any comments, blogs, posts etc they are active in via the notifications tab or the Activity Dashboard.
That where you can follow there work, comment on their post, and they will return the favor by doing the same for you. It's also increases you rank within WA community, The more engagement is what WA is about. Helping each other.

Hey, Miss Donna i wish you for your success and i want to reply for your question in a simple words that you can take some experiences and knowledge from your seniors and give some experience & knowledge to your juniors that's all.
