Has anyone read "The Power of Now, A New Earth" by Eckhart Tolle? Or listen to Oprah's Supersoul Conversation podcast? I must say, it's been a blessing for me to have experienced both of these!
Eckhart's book "A New Earth", is truely one of the best books ever! He teaches how to transform the way we think. How important it is to be in the Now!!! We shouldn't worry about our past nor our future as it is completely out of our control! This is definitely something that does take time and practice to learn. But, it can be done! Especially with his teachings!

I first heard about Eckhart on Oprah's Super Soul conversation podcast! She interviews the most amazing influential people. It's very heart warming, fun, and entertaining! You will learn a lot about people's life situations that we can all relate to or understand in some way.
Oprah's podcast can be found on the i heart radio app if you don't already have it! It's amazing and it's ALWAYS my go to when I'm having a hard day and I need inspiration. I highly recommend Eckart's A New Earth book and Oprah's Super Soul podcast to anyone that feels like they need some true inspiration or help to just how to feel better!
