Grammarly - Is It The Best Tool For You?

At first, I was using the WordPress WP spell check plugin and it didn't work very well. I was quite disappointed with the results. I really needed to find a better plugin or app to help me correct my grammar and spelling mistakes. I needed something to help me feel more confident that I'm writing professional posts before I publish them to my site. Especially because I've never been an experienced writer.
After reading some of WAers posts on the platform about Grammarly working for them, I decided to give it a try!
I must say that I've been using the Free version of Grammarly and I love it! One of my favorite features are the emojis they include at the bottom of every text you write. You can feel confident knowing that the message you send to your reader is being perceived in the way you intend it to be.

I already own a writing tool called ProWritingAid for my Microsoft Word which I use for many years. Works similar as Grammarly except it is not on WordPress.

I use the free version only, so far it is enough for me. If you really, really want to go with the Premium version of Grammarly, rather wait until your online business is generating the income to pay for it - that is my strategy with the tools I am keen on :-)

I don't think the savings are because I am an affiliate for them now but maybe it is?
The e-mail I received said they noticed that I've been a free member of Grammarly for 1 month and offered a discount of 40% if I become a premium member within 48 hours. So instead of paying $139.92 annually, I will only pay $83.97 for the entire year.
It's a great discount for sure, however, I"m not so sure it's necessary to have the premium version of Grammarly.
I admit, I agree with you on both counts, Miranda--it's tempting at a cost of just under $7.00/mo, but at the same time if you don't need it, it would still be wasted money--and I know--I've wasted plenty in the past!

The free version should be capable of helping you with publishing error-free articles. What I like about the premium version is its plagiarism checker.
