Being a newbie still, I really don't know ALL the rules! Or possibly, I forgot because there's so much to learn! I'll share with you what happened to me yesterday! Thank goodness we can edit! I was able to edit and fix the problem on my last post called "The Power Of Now!". Here is an explanation of what I learned!
Be careful!
I learned that when you find a website that you may have thought is something cool to share with everyone, may not be a credible site. It's very important to know for sure if you are sharing a trustworthy site before you decide to send people to it.
Yesterday I shared a link to a site that was possibly not a credible site to recommend. I happened to fall upon this site by accident while researching for Echart Tolle's book "A New Earth". I only wanted a picture of the book to share on my blog post so that people would have a visual of what to look for if they choose to buy it. I should of shared a link directly to Echart's page, not a differnt one.

Yay for WA Friends!
I received a private message from a fellow WAer friend letting me know how important it is to be careful when recommending non credible sites to others. As, this could badly reflect upon me personally. I truly didn't know! Thank you for taking time out of your day to message me and inform me of this.
Very Thankful!
Thankful for such a helpful community here at WA! Otherwise, I would not of known. I was only just trying to help people possibly get the book for free, if that was even possible? I didn't even try clicking on the link to see if it would work or read what the full website was really about before recommending it. I just quickly glanced at the website and saw that you could get the book for free and thought this might be cool to share with everyone! So, I did! Without knowing what I was really sending people to. Sorry about that!
What I Know Now!!!
Not to share any site that I don't know for sure isn't credible or possibly not safe to anyone!! Research and know for sure when you can or cannot share an External link before you recommend people to it! Share only "NICE" links!!!
Thank you kindly for reading my post! Hope this helps any newbies like me!
Has anyone accidentally shared a link you should not of?
All the best!
Miranda:)
