Your domain is like the license plate for your car. With it, you can be identified and located on the world wide web.
A website is the name plus the host. The host is the stored files (at least one), to which people (well, other computers) have access
Website - Car
Registrar - DMV
Domain Registration - Registration
Domain - License Plate
Web Host - Garage

There are certain countries with high rates of dubious accounts that are automatically billed. I don't know the exact list, that you would need to get from Kyle.

I am very, very active on FB, and belong to a lot of Work/Business Opportunity groups. Can I promote WA on FB?

I don't think you can post banner ads, however you could take a screenshot of one of the WA banners and post that with your link.
Just click "WA Affiliate Program" to the left , click Banners (just below your profile pic) and choose a banner.
