Balancing Your Time

WA is growing at a rapid rate. You want to keep up with those you follow and who follow you. You also want to view and comment on other peoples sites to help out. And somewhere in there you want to build your own site or sites. Seem a little overwhelming?

This is how I set my week up but, admittedly, I have more time than most.

  • I spend an hour more or less each day reading blogs and visiting other peoples sites.
  • I try to join in community conversations whenever I can. No set time frame on this.
  • I devote about 2 hrs. a week to training.
  • I try to post at least one helpful blog a week.
  • The remainder of my time is spent on research so I can better my sites and add more sites.

I don't hurry! I'm a premium member on the monthly plan. I fully expect to spend that money for a few months before I begin seeing monetary results. It takes a while to build a good online business.

So take your time, especially building your site or sites. Get all the training you can and be as active as you can in the community so people start to know you. And have fun.

I hope this helps.

Mike

P.S. (I love P.S's)

Make sure to set aside time away from WA to relax and do something else. It will help keep your mind fresh.

Hi mike, great blog, especially part about giving yourself space away to clear your head, after all this shouldn't just be about financial goals but also lifestyle. - Michael

Thank you Michael and I like the way you chose the description "lifestyle." So very true.

Great reminder. Its easy to get caught up in the excitement of learning new things, checking out training ideas, helping others with their questions, and responding to comments. Thanks for the reminder, Mike.

I have been my own worst enemy. I get so caught up in ideas, training, etc. that my mind is moving so fast that I can't focus. By pacing myself My focus remains intact and I have time for other things. Thank you for your comment and I wish you all the best.
