Finally! Something that work's and make's sense!

For many years i struggled to make something work and finally something is working very well.

I have worked in many sectors around the world from debt management, insurance, PPI and Life Insurance.

The one thing i found was that all of these things never really protected people.

Now i have finally created a website through WA that is aimed to help so many people with a huge problem here in the UK which is the rise in cost of funerals.

Now i know your thinking..."FUNERALS?! Are you kidding me??".....but please keep reading....

One in ten people in the UK are struggling to pay for a funeral, according to a report seen by 5 Live Investigates.

Life and pensions group Royal London says the average cost of a funeral in the UK has risen by nearly 4% in the last year to £3,700, while the UK inflation rate has hovered around zero.

It wants policy makers to investigate the causes of rising funeral costs and better government help for people on low incomes.

The Department of Work and Pensions says the average payment from its Social Fund scheme has increased year-on-year.

So what does £3700 buy you?

It will only give you the most basic of funerals. Funeral director fees make up the majority of the cost and their prices have gone up by 5% on average.

Added to that are the burial or cremation fees which have also risen. Cremations now cost £683 on average and burial fees £1,645.

But if you want flowers, a reception or a headstone then the average cost of all these extras is £2,323, bringing the total cost close to £6,000.

Whilst all of this is happening, peoples bank accounts are being torn apart, whilst they are going through a very emotional time, it isn't exactly the best time to start thinking about planning a funeral.

According to the Royal London report, to be published on 5 October, people are spending less on these items than a year ago, it seems people are looking for ways of bringing the overall cost down.

Thanks to the training through WA to create a website i have now found a way to promote and help many people across the UK get the service and product they need, by locking in the cost of a funeral at today's cost, they are fully protected against any rise in cost and most importantly, the client now has full peace of mind they will not leave the stress to a family member in organising the funeral!
