Why.. Me?

HELP Why did this happen to Me ???
Has this word crossed your mind sometimes......

If so is it a sign to be worried about.... what does it mean

Is there an answer to the question.............

First all what is the question , why is there were does it come from ?

Why do we ask it..and to whom are we asking it......

If something goes wrong and sometimes it does , no matter how perfect our plan are sometimes "Murphys Law "

Will raise its ugly head : ta-daa!!!

I told you if something can go wrong it will , I am still right after all these years...

I told you , I told you..And what are you going to do now eh ??

There is no point trying to hush this voice in our head if we cant come with a sound solution !

As Tony Robbins said :

As long as we keep asking lousy questions to ourselves , we will get lousy answers...

What is a lousy question then well I here is an example to over simplifying it to make the concept clear to you.

If something does go wrong or we make a mistake , and it results in losing a client or to some disappointment in any shape or form

And we ask something like :

Why is this always happening to me ?

Why me , Why me ?

The brain gets tired of these kind of talk " so to speak"

So finally to stop this stream of "useless " questions it will answer something like this :

Well it all happened because you are not good enough !

Because you make a mistake , and so on and on..

The problem with that is that those are not empowering answers and they will not stimulate the brain to help us to find a solution to the problem..

So what should we do then ?

easy , If "you" want a better solution you have to come up with a better question !

Which could be something like ok this bad thing that I wanted to avoid has happened..

I wont pretend to be happy about or see it all better that it really is..

But I will continue to be solution focused and will not allow this little monster of a problem to grow and gain momentum.

So what would a good question would be like?

What is the best solution to this problem..

How would that or that other expert in this particular case strategy it to solve it?

what can i do right now to make it better , Is there any one i could ask to help me.

In this way we continue still in control of all the things we can and always should control

And the mind will come up with better answers , And we will also maintain a higher level of self esteem and gain more confidence in our ability to solve problems.

There will always be problems....

Even if the we are masters in planning and taking action,

The key is in the how we are going to approach them , this also applies if we are leaders of a team or a project this kind of attitude will also spread to those around us a will create a better athmosphere and encourage everyone to remain focused on the solution .

We cant remove the issue but we can approach it differently.

Goodbye little monster heads , any questions you have will go to "my secretary"

I wont be reachable anymore : My new residence from now on is planet solution !
