My Own Site Rubix Website
Hello Everyone,
I already own my own domain http://mikebertuben.com/ and I paid 3 years of webhosting from HostGator. I do know how to move my personal website to SiteRubix and I'm afraid if try I might screw it up. Also I do not know how it will affect the webhosting I'm getting from HostGator.
So I decided the best option is to create a duplicate website. I will copy most of the contents of http://mikebertuben.com/ to http://mikebertuben.siterubix.... The reason I'm doing this is I will be needing comments and feedback from you guys regarding the current and future content of my website as well future blogs that I will be working on soon. I want to see if I can write stuff that are simple and easy to understand for folks who are not familiar with economics, finance and investing. I want to learn how I can relate.
You guys can ask me some questions about the process of investing, personal finance and economics. But I'm not in a position to give opinions about particular stocks, bonds, mutual funds and ETFs as well as specific strategies. As a disclaimer I'm not here to sell any investment or any related products. Thank you. Best of luck to everyone. I'm hoping to make new friends here.
Cheers,
Mike

I wouldn't copy the content, you're just creating duplicate content on your new site that won't rank. You need to move it and then have redirects in place from your old site to the new.
You can move a website following this training: Move a Website
Thank you Richard! I will check the training and go from there. I don't need the SiteRubix version of my website to rank. But I will need to learn how to get ranking for my original website http://mikebertuben.com/
