Hi Mike.
No, but I have been kerfaffing about with my theme for the past day or so. Turns out there was a bug in the theme itself, so the developer sent me a patch.
Sometimes, in other words, there's not much you can do about it.
Have you had a powwow with the developer?

My guy didn't respond until I threatened to leave him with really lousy reviews all over the Internet and social media. (Sometimes, I can get tetchy like that.) Anyway, he emailed me straightaway and pointed out that there was a ticketing system of which I had not availed myself. (embarrassing!)
Please check to see if you have made the same mistake.

Did I just find the GOLDEN GOOSE ?
AVG is : 7189
TRAFFIC is : 1223
QSR is : 16
SEO is : 89
KQI is : GREAT

Looks like that's very good potential for some traffic :) bust out a post and see what happens!
Those look like good numbers for a "keyword phrase".
I don't know about "niche".
I also don't know about "buyer intent".
For instance, keyword "area 51" has:
AVG is 41630
TRAFFIC is 7078
QSR is 158
KQI is Normal
SEO is 70
But buyer intent is very low, so may not be a good keyword to use.
I know that your QSR was better, your KQI was better and your SEO was better.
You need to look at the top 10 results in google and look at those posts and ask yourself can you write a better article?
If you follow some of Jay's SEO training here, you very well have the tools to write a good article that is SEO optimized. I don't know if it will beat the competition. Remember to get engagement as well using WA tools and see, as that helps SEO.
Appreciate the help, hopefully I can turn this product into a goldmine, but only time will tell
