Its Monday a great day for excuses I'll get into it for the next eight days of this week, another great reminder Mike.
Thank you, Alexander. Your comments are much appreciated. Hope you have a great week my friend! :)
There are no excuses if you want a better life....but plenty of excuses if you want to stay where you are.....
I agree with this. At the end of the day, it's about the depth of commitment of the person and to manage the given excuses.
So true. And it is also important not to blame anyone. One of my husband's nephews still blames my husband for not being there for him as a godfather. Yes, it's true that my husband didn't do much as a godfather when this nephew was a child, but this nephew is now 45 years old. At what point in your life do you take responsibility for your own life?
If people fail you, it doesn't mean you have to fail yourself. You can pick yourself up and be responsible. My husband and I are now praying for his nephew.
So, when are we old enough to be responsible? I think this following quote says it all. . .
The moment you are old enough to take the wheel, responsibility lies with you.
-- J. K. Rowling
Thanks for commenting, Myra. The blame game doesn't help anyone. I love the Rowling quote. Hope you have a wonderful week.
That was an excellent series of books. Thanks for checking out the post, Steve. Hope you have a great week!
I agree with you on the percentage. What I like about the quote is the principle it's based on. Make no excuses and do what is necessary to get the job done. I appreciate you commenting. Hope the week ahead is a good one for you.
