New Year, New Beginnings, New Goals

Hello out here in WA Land, and a Happy New Year to all!

I have just joined back up here after having to take a break due to personal reasons and am hoping to get back to focusing on my site as well as some additional learning, networking and so on. I am now back into the swing of things here and getting familiar (again) with all that has to offer and hope to absorb as much learning from others as possible while advancing further that I have achieved the last year.

As each new year begins, a lot of people tend to make "resolutions".....go to the gym, quit smoking, spend more time doing activities that were neglected, and so on. I used to make resolutions before, only to find sooner or later they get broken like a porcelain figurine falling off a shelf onto a hard floor.

I had no sooner given up the word "resolutions" and replaced it with "goals". Sometimes a single word can be more empowering when used in the right place, and from my experiences when I set a goal, I have reached the result more often than previous resolutions I have set in place in the past.

So this year my goal is to continue what I had mentioned above and if anyone has their trouble keeping those new year resolutions; try something different from changing your focus onto more empowering words (seems to work for me) which can also empower your thoughts and actions.
