Thanks...but its really all about spending time, learning a LOT of stuff and strategies, then applying them and in the end it just might pay off...LOL

I just watched the video and all I have to say is WOW! Some of those 7 strategies I happened to already be doing such as posting to Google+ as well as fetching in Google. The rest though I certainly need to implement or at least implement better.

I think another important factor is consistency and this unfortunately has been a killer for me this year. I don't post with enough frequency and then I get paralyzed with fear that my content will not be good enough and therefore I don't action and there's no logical reason for me NOT to take action as I've had some great successes earlier in the year.

My goal and resolution for the coming year is to take action on a consistent basis every week and I'm developing a plan to do just that.
