Change Your Thinking, And You Will Change Your Life!
Owning Your Own Business Online Is The Best Possible Solution Period!
As a single parent of two wonderfully bright daughters, my intention is to give them the best lifestyle possible. It’s been the three of us for the past eleven years. During that time my desire has been to help them achieve their goals, encourage them to discover and use their gifts to the fullest. Perhaps even spoil them slightly from time to time. I’m certain most caring parents feel this way and would do whatever it takes to make sure that is possible. Or would they?
If we are called to lead by example then some of us are in trouble. Many of us need to consider doing things differently. It’s one thing to encourage and teach your children that anything is possible, but to believe and live it your self is a whole different matter! In my case employment paid inadequately and kept me away from home far to many labor intense hours, keeping up a household and the typical (life’s business) we all face along with a long period of unemployment caused some road blocks! We were going nowhere in way of progress financially, thus no change in lifestyle! It was as though I was stuck in the mud the harder I struggled the more exhausted I was and I was still stuck. I just couldn’t see any way to make the necessary changes that would improve the lifestyle we were living.
Regardless of all the setbacks single parenting has to dish out I am responsible for handling these matters in a way that would provide a good example to my girls on overcoming life’s challenges.
One of the problems we experienced financially was that my thinking had always been, I just have to work harder, do it longer and eventually the situation would change! How Ridiculous! At least for todays world. Looking back, none of my family members who taught me those traditional principles were happy with the lifestyles they were living. Something was very wrong and I just couldn’t figure it out!
Frustrated, one day I had the pleasure of talking with a good friend who actually listened to me when I spoke, about ten minutes into the conversation he realized more than I did at the time that I was distraught with the routine, I was spinning my wheels and going nowhere. He smiled and said “you need to find a way to rise up above the clouds so you can see the whole situation not just the storm your in the middle of” That statement was just profound enough to cause a change in my thinking!
It may not seem to have been very helpful at first but after thinking about what was said I realized I was focused on the problem far more than the solution. From that point on I began to step back, take a good look at the whole situation and determine what my course of action would be! I had the need for change and had to make it happen. The first key to making anything change was first and foremost to change the way I was thinking!
It was my perspective! What would it be, tragedy or opportunity? The answer is obvious! I have heard it said that if you have no target you will never hit it!
The main question that has to be answered is, What Do You Really Want?
For me it was more of these three things. Time! Money! And Freedom! I decided to do whatever it takes to achieve it! That brought a little excitement, there is a bit of a thrill stepping out of your comfort zone! It brought my personality back to life.
I would never be able to truly relax until I do something that makes a difference, something that really works!
I’ve done a lot of hard work in many different fields but with a long hard look those old habits could never give us what we needed, don't get me wrong theres nothing wrong with a little hard work I just don't want to do it for a living! It doesn't pay well. It was time to work smarter and change our future!
Whats the Solution? working from home
I found a no cost way to get started ! Of all the options I looked into the only possible way to get more time with my children and the means to accomplish my goals was to work for myself and to do it from home! I knew other people were doing it and doing it well! I've lived to work for long enough, Now we work to live!
What is success? Success is the sum of Dreams, Belief, Knowledge and Action!
