WOW.
Okay, so Facebook continues to collapse, and Pinterest's "impressions" have declined but the views have increased!
I consider "views" to be better than "impressions", so this is still good!
Although, none of my Pinterest views have turned into traffic for the website, so I'm not sure how to fix that. But here are some things I'm going to put more energy into.
NEW GOALS:
In order to boost traffic in general, I'm going to start catering to Pinterest more.
This means:
- more niche related posts that Pinterest users would be interested in
- using images that are more Pinterest-worthy
- spending LOTS of extra free time on commenting, pinning and following niche related media.
Some of these I've been doing already, but it hasn't been as consistent as I'd like, so we'll see what changes. Hopefully the Pinterest views will turn into website users and the like.
