Stepping up
So, today I am going to finally start my process of "making money" with my website (I hope, at least he he). What I mean is that I am finally starting Course 3, Lesson 1 of the Certification here at WA and I am hopeful that this will finally bring me the revenue I am trying to obtain!
Now I just have to find a way to upload my own materials to my website, and some WA members have given me some insight on how to build my course online. It seems that there is a very nice plugin called "LifterLMS" that I can add to my website theme "Education Zone", so that I can add and edit courses through my webpage.
Anyone has any experience with this so far?
I also would like to know if anyone knows how to make some of the content private that people only can access if, for example, they go premium. More a less like what happens here at WA. If you are premium you see more features than if you are not. Any knowledge on this?
Please let me know about your progress too! I am really excited about other people´s experience and it keeps me motivated. So, please, do share!

The LifterLMS plugin can hide content behind a paywall but it's probably an additional premium module. I'm afraid most LMS plugins are the same, such as Woocommerce's Sensei https://woocommerce.com/products/sensei/ the "membership" functions are a premium offering.

I also went on to check on this woo commerce product. It seems cool but I do not seem to find if it is possible to add videos too. Do you know which one is better? if "LifterLMS" or this sensei one? The last one seems quite cool. I just want to be sure I can add videos as well.

Teaching is abou5th down on my list of priorities Mariana. As you post more frequently and craft informative content here you'll find yourself naturally teaching.
Hi! Thank you for your reply. The thing is, teaching is my number 1 priority, as that is what I do! I teach languages, mainly my language- European Portuguese. That is what my website is about :D
Therefore, I would like to know how to build the course I want to build inside my website. Any advice on that?

I have never been to Brazil, unfortunately, but I do know that the view form "Pão de Açucar" is amazing :D We watch a lot of "telenovelas" here so I have seen it many times on TV. It is not the same, though, so I really want to go there and experience it myself ;D
