Stats - 2.5 months
Here are my stats after 2.5 months. Overall, all numbers are climbing but I have to be patient as I know these are early days. My users grew from aug to sep from 140 to 314.
My total pageviews grew from 437 to 1456 which is a 233% increase. I am happy to break the 1000 pageviews a month threshold.
My posts have slowed down a bit because I worked on my landing page and subscription list. I have 35 subscribers as of now and I release a newsletter every Thursday,
Got kicked out of a couple of recipe sharing facebook groups. I probably violated some rule, nobody really told me why. I joined new ones,
I aim for 2 posts a week and this is hard enough for me on top of my day job. I am still enjoying the process. Onward and upward.

Try not to get phased some facebook group originators and moderators don't like competition, and like they say there are plenty more groups in the Facebook sea.
Two posts per week will help you to build some momentum and two is better than none.
