Progress Report Since Using Wealthy Affiliate
I have been using Wealthy Affiliate for a month or so now and it has been fantastic! I haven't made money yet but I suppose that is because I haven't gotten to the part about how to monetize my blog. Here is my progress report:
1. I have chosen a niche I am passionate about; Chess! I have found a lot of affiliate programs I can promote and while they are not clickbank like in terms of 50-75% commission payout, they promote honest everyday products.
2. I have been able to be disciplined so that I can devote at least 2 hours a day per week (more on weekends) and have accomplished a lot. I have made several blog posts and created a google + page. It is difficult in terms of remembering the whole SEO/traffic thing but hopefully I am on the right track.
3. Website design has been really hard. I am not exactly a techie and the original wordpress theme I used didn't work. I have a new one just because it is simple but it makes my website look plain and uninviting. I hope I can get help with this soon.
Kyle and Carson have just been absolutely amazing!! I simply amazed day in and day out the accessibility that I have in reaching them. What they have done is truly extraordinary and puts them in a league of their own in terms of honesty, character and humility.
I look forward to continue using wealthy affiliate in creating a second income and living the life of my dreams. I could really use some encouragement in terms of telling myself "you can do it. Just continue to work through the lessons, and BE PATIENT"!
