Back to my old tricks! Video marketing
Back in the day when I first started, about 12 years ago, video was the big thing! In fact, my favorite stuff to create in video marketing was huge, EPIC videos. -- I have not created epic videos since almost everyone and their grandmother started doing it. But now I think its something I hardly never see anymore for some reason. -- Normally I see people on cam, which is great. I am good at both creating epic videos and presentation on cam/screen sharing.
So I figured I would start doing a video marketing training series soon in WA. Its actually very easy to create these sorts of videos I am talking about, and they do convert well if you can get some viewers. Great for Youtube/Social media promotion, and even SEO through different video sites like Youtube and Vimeo.
To start I decided I would create one for Wealthy Affiliate, you can see a demo here. (Goes to Youtube in new popup)
I used royalty free music, stock photos and a few well timed and formatted text with a basic video editor which took about 30 minutes to create this one.
I am going to gather up some free resources to use and show how easy it is with a free basic video editor, how to go about creating some good videos for any product, service or program.
Stay tuned for some 'Epic' video training modules :)
They USE to call me 'Epic Abbott' when I was doing this alot in affiliate marketing.. Even the big 6 figure earners was creating video testimonies for me, which was very cool.

Hi Eric,
I would be very interested in this so let me know when you get started.
I really need an ABC easy start into video making.
I would like to do power-point videos with voice over. YAY
I said it.
All the best
Jennifer
Hey Jennifer, when I started I was very timid in my presentations.
That was back when I was 18, but my epic videos were very aggressive, and really hit the emotions of the viewer.
Today 12 years later, now that I am 30, I have a great voice and a lot of energy behind my presentations. Much of it came from my knowledge being built up over the years and experience, I am fully confident in myself that I know what I am talking about. Being an authority of a subject makes your presentations a lot better, people can pick up on the confidence in a voiceover.
So that helps a lot.
Watching and listening to other speakers also helps,
I never would have thought back then I would be in front of a camera, now I do presentations in person in front of the board of directors at our local Chamber of Commerce.. never would have thought! Its all about your confidence in yourself when it comes down to it.
Thank you
I am a confident person it is starting something new and out of my comfort zone.
It is not doing the video but the technical side and editing and presentation is my thing that I am not so confident about.
Thank you for your feedback.
