Terminated My AI Brain. Pros & Cons of $2997 Platform

Hello Everyone,
On April 29th I paid $2997 for 6 months on a platform that would then be $297 a month thereafter. They did state that it was in Beta and they were continuing to add tools.
I jumped on it because of an Overskill tool that was said to be shortly released.
I dived in and built my AI Chief of Staff (Brain) with all my documentation so it understood me and my businesses.
Within a week, the challenges started to add up and Support was not helpful.
On May 10th and 22nd, I complained to Support about major challenges. And I even asked for a Full Refund. No adequate reply.
I was getting nowhere. I needed Overskill and another tool to be working to be able to really build my businesses.
Finally yesterday, I contacted Capital One CC and filed a dispute, because I did not receive what I was promised for my money and its almost a month now. They documented it and said it could take 90 days to fully resolve.

Within 12 hours the Platform cancelled my account and issued a refund for the $2997 and I'll call Capital One soon to verify it has taken affect yet or not.
The Platform certainly has potential, but I am not going to pay for something that is not working properly.
What am I doing now?
I am looking to build another AI Brain to integrate myself.

That's the direction I am heading.
The cost of the "Platform" is enough to identify it without my actual naming of it. There was another $7997 platform connected to the owners of the 1st platform which could be even more powerful, but I strongly suspect it will have similar challenges and thus I will wait for some time on that and try to get some credible review experience from others. I'll check back into that 6 months from now.
With how rapidly AI is advancing, who knows what we'll have available with AI 6 months from now. :-)
It wasn't a total loss. I gained valuable insights from my AI Chief of Staff and my businesses are moving in a more positive, powerful way.
