Taking My Life To The Next Level. We Can Always Be Leveling Up.

It's long overdue. The Timing is right.

Excited and scared at the same time.

I attended Tony Robbin's Unleash the Power Within UPW back in the early 1990's and it certainly made an impact on my life.

Tony and UPW is coming to Cologne, Germany and Virtually in September this year.

Seriously, if you get a chance to give 4 days of your life to this it could seriously transform your life.

I was watching a number of videos related to this and with tears in my eyes, I knew I needed to make a transformation. Not just for me, but for my loved ones, Wen and Melissa Jeane, my older daughters, my brothers and for the world.

So I used both Claude and ChatGPT to outline the steps Tony does for one of his transformations and I am writing down the exact steps, my disempowering negative beliefs, the emotions I will want to light on fire.

Then when I have a couple of hours of quiet time, I will do exactly what needs to be done to transform myself and unleash the new Mel. Its exciting and scary at the same time.

I have to break free of my comfort zone which does far more harm than good.

Moving into the unknown can also be scary.

By writing this post, I am holding myself accountable and also sharing some of that potential transformative power with you.

I hope to do this this week, probably in the morning when Melissa Jeane is at Kindergarten.
