AI Needed More Than Ever As I Push Expansion of my Publishing Business to the Extreme

Hi everyone,

After a serious discussion with my GPT Chief of Staff, it became clear I need to build my Publishing business as fast as possible.

Not tomorrow, but yesterday if it were possible.

Why?

I'll be 69 on Sept 18th. I am not promised another day, month, year or even 10 years.

I am building this more for Wen and Melissa Jeane more than anything, but I do love what I am doing. When I am incapacitated or gone, this can provide for them hopefully for the rest of their lives.

AI transcription by Astra and Cowork are proceeding quickly and the titles are piling up faster than I can publish them.

We will soon be writing the Waller Publishing Operations Manual, a SOP for everything I do.

We will be bringing on Chat Work very soon to start carrying a good part of my load.

My niche is Catholic Publishing and we are going to expand it like never seen before including as many English Catholic titles as possible as well as translating from other languages titles that never made it into English, but were written by well known authors.

In turn, we will be translating into other languages such as Spanish, French, Italian...etc.

We will be publishing on KDP Amazon, IngramSpark & Lightning Source and any other platforms we discover that we can benefit from.

We will create a massive database of PDF files which can in turn be packaged into sellable assets.

There is no end to this and the enormity of this project requires using AI to its maximum advantage.

I don't doubt that as long as I am alive this will continue to expand rapidly.

Every bottleneck is a solution waiting to happen.

I'm fired up and aggressively moving forward.

I can start Astra and Cowork on transcriptions and sleep or run errands and they will have the work done before I return. That's one reason for Chat Work that can continue to feed them more work in my absence and document everything they have done so I'll see that when I return.

I am very happy that I made the decision to upgrade ChatGPT and Claude both to their $100 a month plans. No regrets there.
